Designer Journey

My path as a designer has been shaped by a curiosity about how narrative, form, and technology intersect to create immersive visual experiences. Beginning with a formal education in spatial design, I developed a strong foundation in the principles of composition, materiality, and user perception. Principles that I’ve carried with me as I transitioned into focusing more on the multimedia industry. Over the past few years, I’ve focused on refining my skill set that spans into 3D modelling, animation, digital fabrication, and scene direction. Working across physical and digital mediums, all the way from prop development and acting in theatre, to becoming a 3D artist, to building real-time environments for virtual reality experiences. This journey has allowed me to deeply understand the visual and technical language of storytelling. My role as a digital fabrication technician has further sharpened my precision and workflow efficiency, allowing me to create tangible pieces of work. Alongside, independent motion projects have allowed me to explore tone, rhythm, and spatial narrative in a cinematic context. What defines my approach is not just technical proficiency, but a deep respect for how design choices influence atmosphere, character, and viewer engagement. I see design as both, a process of problem-solving and a medium for not only expressing one's imagination, but for allowing others to experience it as well.

Interests & aspirations

My professional focus lies in advancing as a visual designer within the multimedia industry, with a particular interest in storytelling-driven content, including animation, branded media, motion graphics, and scene design. I’m drawn to roles that require hands-on execution physically or digitally, and where collaboration and experimentation are valued. In the long term, I aim to contribute to projects that push visual storytelling forward, whether through directing animated content, leading scene-building for complex narratives, or shaping the creative direction of multimedia campaigns. My goal is to continually refine my craft while contributing meaningfully to studios and teams that value innovation, clarity, and visual integrity. All in all, I aspire to become a specialist and to be the best in the industry.
